Quick Start Guide: Resetting Your Password

Use this guide whenever you need to reset your password — whether for routine security updates or if you’ve forgotten your current credentials. Following these steps will help you quickly regain secure access to your Carbon Arc account.

Step 1: Log Out​

Click the initials icon in the top right corner to access the user portal. Then select Log out to reach the sign-in page

Step 2: Access the Forgot Password Flow​

On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?

Click Reset

Step 3: Enter Your Email​

Enter the email address associated with your account and click Next to proceed.

Step 4: Request Verification Email​

Click Send me an email to receive a verification message. This step protects your account and prevents unauthorized access.

Step 5: Open the Email​

You will receive an email containing a password reset link and a verification code.

  • Click the verification link to continue
  • OR manually enter the verification code into the reset screen

Step 6: Enter the Verification Code​

Paste the verification code from your email and press Verify to proceed.

Didn’t receive the email? Click Send again to resend the verification email.

Step 7: Set Your New Password​

Create your new password using the requirements displayed on screen. Then click Reset password to complete the process.

You will be redirected to the platform home page upon success.
