Data Delivery Overview

Carbon Arc delivers data across multiple delivery mechanisms to support a wide range of use cases—from programmatic access to bulk file delivery. This document outlines how data flows from source to client, how updates are scheduled, and how users can access and monitor delivery status.

Data delivery is built on the principle of repeatability, versioning, and reliability. Each feed is governed by a structured schedule and mapped to a specific entity or insight. Delivery methods are tailored to fit product format and user needs.

Direct Workspace Access​

  • Data surfaced in the Carbon Arc platform for interactive exploration
  • Supports search, filter, and export

Programmatic​

  • Best for dynamic queries and integration into automated workflows
  • Versioned endpoints tied to ontology
  • Token-based access and rate-limited for stability
